I am shocked and deeply saddened by the September 11th and
subsequent terrorist attacks. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all the
victims and their families and my deep appreciation to all
the rescue workers and our valiant military personnel. We
are all in shock and dismay, but for those directly involved
in such incidents, there can be emotional trauma just as much
